West Brom fullback Kieran Gibbs admits he can hard work.

Gibbs completely agrees with Tony Pulis's suggestion that he is a 'Rolls Royce type of player'.

“I completely agree because I'm the type of player where if I'm 90 per cent you won't get much out of me," said the England international. “Once I'm tuned in right and firing in the right places in my body then I feel like there's a different level to me.

“I'm glad he sees that because it means I will be managed properly in and around the games because for me that's really important."

When making the comparison, Baggies boss Pulis said: “Gibbs is a Rolls Royce type of player. He has fantastic pace and ability and I'm sure he'll be a player the supporters will like a lot."
