PSV Eindhoven have told West Bromwich Albion it will cost £10 million to land Ola Toivonen.
The Daily Mail says the Baggies look likely to scrap plans to sign Toivonen from PSV Eindhoven after being quoted £10million for the striker.
The Swede was watched extensively by Liverpool last season.
The centre-forward is ready to leave Dutch football this summer after a controversial season.
