West Bromwich Albion face missing out on Anderlecht striker Dieumerci Mbokani.
Mbokani is set to move to Dynamo Kyiv after agreeing in principle to move to Ukrainian club.
The only sticking point at the moment is the transfer fee - with the Belgians looking for a figure nearer to 12million Euros, while Kyiv have offered in the region of 8million Euros.
