West Bromwich Albion are reportedly keen on Rubin Kazan striker Obafemi Martins.
The 27-year old Nigerian has been told he can leave the Russian club but only on a permanent deal which would cost potential suitors around £3million.
It is believed that the Baggies are looking at the former Inter Milan, Newcastle United, Wolfsburg and Birmingham City attacker on a loan deal but Rubin will only take a permanent transfer.
