West Bromwich Albion have been encouraged in their pursuit of Besiktas striker Demba Ba.
The former Chelsea forward is being linked with the Baggies - and Besiktas are prepared to sell.
Besiktas president Fikret Orman appears to have given the striker the green light to leave the club this summer.
“We could receive offers from China or elsewhere but we have no problem with him leaving," Orman said.
Besiktas vice-president Ahmet Nur Cebi revealed: “There have been serious offers in particular from China and Qatar but it is not the fee we are looking for. We want €14 million for Ba if anybody meets this valuation we would allow him to leave."
