West Bromwich Albion want to sign a replacement for Saido Berahino before letting him leave for Crystal Palace, according to the Express & Star.
The Baggies have finally agreed to sell their 22-year-old star after the Eagles agreed to match his valuation of £20million.
However, West Brom chairman Jeremy Peace doesn't want to rush into a deal before securing a replacement in the current transfer window.
Berahino, who has only one year left on his current deal, has already rejected a new deal from Albion and is keen to move onto pastures anew which appears to be Selhurst Park provided the Baggies can quickly land a new attacker.
