West Bromwich Albion will not consider selling Youssouf Mulumbu this summer.
The Express & Star says Mulumbu's international boss, Congo's football director Malu Mpasinkatu, claims the midfielder will now be a priority target for Chelsea, following Di Matteo's return to Stamford Bridge as first team coach.
Mpasinkatu said: "I know that Di Matteo wants to bring Mulumbu to the club of Roman Abramovich. West Brom are asking 11 million."
But Albion have insisted Mulumbu remained one of the 'untouchables' in Hodgson's squad and no value had been placed on the player, because he's not for sale.
