West Bromwich Albion assistant Michael Appleton insists the club is desperate to beat Wolves in the Black Country derby on Sunday.
The Baggies have not won in their past three Premier League outings and are determined to get a positive result at The Hawthorns in what will likely be a typically feisty West Midlands clash.
"It's a bit of a cliche but we want to start the game properly," Appleton said.
"I'm sure if we do start properly and get a foothold in the game then we'll have a good chance of collecting the three points.
"There is going to be a lot of passion because it's a derby, but ultimately it's about three points.
"It will be the team that plays the most sensible game, with a little bit of quality to go with it, which will come out on top."
