West Brom delay Mattock’s loan move to Portsmouth

Joe Mattock's loan move back to Championship Portsmouth has been put on hold due to an injury crisis at West Bromwich Albion, reports BBC Sport.

The 21 year old returned to Albion on 2 January following the end of his loan spell, having played seven times for Pompey and was expected to return.

But the Baggies have now decided to retain the services of the defender until their injury crisis eases.
