West Bromwich Albion defender Jonas Olsson is "flattered" by talk of fresh interest from Tottenham and Newcastle United.

The Swede only penned a new deal with the Baggies earlier this season.

Olsson told Sportbladet: "It is flattering to hear the various rumors, but its nothing that I can comment on, you must talk to my advisor.

"I think it's an advantage that I signed a new contract. If any club wants me, they'll have to pay WBA and so I'll know they really want me."
