West Bromwich Albion defender Gonzalo Jara Reyes has been forced to end his loan at Nottingham Forest due to injury.

The Chile international will miss the rest of the season with a medial knee ligament problem and will therefore play no further part in Forest's promotion push.

The full-back made 17 appearances for Billy Davies' men since arriving from West Brom in January but will now return to the Hawthorns to receive treatment.
