West Brom boss Tony Mowbray would only be able to take Real Mallorca striker Oscar Trejo on loan due to a lack of funds. Trejo has barely played this season, with Real slipping down La Liga following last season's impressive form.
The player's agent recently said he would welcome a move to Albion and Mowbray still wants him, albeit not as his top target.
"He's not in Majorca's team at the moment," Mowbray told the Birmingham Mail. "He's a young lad."
