West Bromwich Albion are confident Saido Berahino's knee injury isn't serious.
The forward was left devastated after England U21 coach Gareth Southgate was forced to exclude him from his Euros squad due to a knee injury sustained in training.
He was sorely missed on Thursday night as England slumped to a 1-0 loss to Portugal in their opening match of the tournament.
Baggies staff are confident the knee injury isn't serious and he will be able to report for the start of pre-season next month, though he is likely to be be given extra time off due to his summer starting late owing to his initial involvement in Southgate's plans.
