West Bromwich Albion coach Michael Appleton admits their clash with Wolves will come too soon for summer signing Zoltan Gera.
Appleton believes that might come too soon for Gera, who is battling back from summer ankle surgery, to figure against Wolves at the Hawthorns on October 16.
Appleton said: "The situation with him is that he can't do any contact training at the moment, hence the reason the manager was reluctant for him to go away with Hungary.
"It'll be a couple of weeks before he can come in and can train properly like we want him to."
