West Bromwich Albion are set to land the services of Blackpool midfielder David Vaughan.
The Welshman has turned down a new contract offer from the relegated Seasiders and is close to joining the Baggies at The Hawthorns according to reports.
28-year old Vaughan produced a consistent season last term and has subsequently attracted interest from a few clubs including Scottish champions Rangers but it seems as though West Brom will win the race and get their third free transfer of the summer.
