West Bromwich Albion are eyeing a double raid on RacingGenk.
The Daily Mail says the Baggies had scouts in the stands for Genk's top-of-the-table Belgian League clash with Standard Liege.
On West Brom's agenda are attacking pair Kevin de Bruyne and Jelle Vossen.
De Bruyne is also interesting Chelsea and Manchester City.
