West Bromwich Albion boss Steve Clarke is keen on Manchester City winger Scott Sinclair.

The Birmingham Mail says Everton are keen on the England wideman, so are Villa, but their interest depends on whether they stay in the Premier League.

Albion would usually have been put off by Sinclair's high wage demands but they are in a position to offer him a healthy package with the new bumper television deal coming into force this year.
