West Brom boss Tony Pulis rates Liverpool as title contenders.
Jurgen Klopp's side will go up against Pulis' West Brom in today's late kick-off (5.30pm) and could go top with a win at Anfield.
"They've got a great chance [of winning the title]," the Baggies boss said of Liverpool. "They're not involved in Europe.
"The last time they weren't in Europe and had a squad as strong as this, they came very close under Brendan [Rodgers].
"Jurgen [Klopp]'s passionate, which is brilliant. You want that passion. It's an important part of their club."
