West Brom boss Tony Pulis says the Premier League's intensity has stunned Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola.

Albion are preparing to visit City on Tuesday night, where Pep Guardiola is destined to finish his first season in charge without a trophy.

Pulis reflected: “I think they are surprised at the intensity at every ground they go to. I don't think they get that abroad.

“They find that is the biggest difference – every crowd is up for it and every team is up for it.

"The intensity of the away games has surprised them and how tough it is."
