West Brom boss Tony Pulis is frustrated missing out on Everton signing Morgan Schneiderlin.
The Baggies were also interested in the French midfielder who joined Ronald Koeman's side for £20m yesterday from Manchester United.
"We missed out on Schneiderlin which was disappointing but I understand why," Pulis said.
“We're trying to get a level of player that will improve us. I understand Morgan's reasoning.
“He's gone to a club that have finished in the top 7 for the last few years and play in front of 40,000 each week."
