West Brom boss Pulis doesn't expect Aidy Ward problems

West Bromwich Albion boss Tony Pulis doesn't expect problems with Aidy Ward, the agent of Saido Berahino.

Liverpool cancelled a meeting with Raheem Sterling yesterday because of comments attributed to Ward who reportedly said Sterling would not sign a new deal even if it was "£900,000 a week".

"I don't care what comments he makes," said Pulis.

"He's entitled to his opinions. It's a country where everybody can talk and say what they want. That's why it's a great country.

"People can stand up and say what they want and he's done that. He's said his bit and said what he thinks.

"Do I agree with it? No, of course I don't, but that's what this country needs.

"You need to have the opportunity to speak your mind, and if you want to say things you say things.

"I don't agree with and I don't think the kid should be involved in any of that because it's not good for the lad and I really do feel sympathy for the player."
