West Brom boss Tony Pulis wants to see an end between the club and country rivalry.
The Baggies travel to Leicester tomorrow night as the Premier League resumes following the second international break of the season.
Calling on both sides of the divide to come together and find a compromise, the Welshman said: “I haven't got the power to change it or make that decision.
“They're now talking about bringing in this League of Nations. It's going to get bigger and stronger.
“We've got to find a balance that suits everybody. Football is a family, you hope that we can work together."
