West Brom boss Tony Pulis admits it's been a frustrating summer market.
Pulis admits he has been frustrated in his efforts to further bolster his ranks so far but is remaining patient and is optimistic he will be able to do so before the end of the month.
"Behind the scenes we are working very, very hard to get the players in that we want. It is not a case of panicking," Pulis said.
"There are targets and we are trying to get those targets in. We know who they are and we know what they need. It is just getting it over the line."
