West Brom boss Tony Mowbray won't press the panic button after their thrashing at Sunderland.
"It's important not to have a kneejerk reaction after one game," he told the Birmingham Mail.
"Sometimes you need to give people opportunities but I have always said to them that I need to see something in training.
"I need to see a hunger and a desire to show that they want to be in the team and not just go through the motions."
