West Brom boss Tony Mowbray admits he needs to lift the quality of his entire squad.
"Cristiano Ronaldo scores 30 or 40 goals for Manchester United but without someone sticking it into the box, without the clean sheets at the back, without the creative passes from Paul Scholes he doesn't score 30 or 40 goals.
"It's not about the individual but the team unit and how you put it together. Man United just keep going even when they lose their star players.
"I don't get uptight about anything really. I want good players, whether they're 34-years-old, 21 or 18, it doesn't matter.
"I want players who I feel can help the team, play a part in what I feel will be a successful season and the one key factor is quality."
