West Brom boss Tony Mowbray believes Fabio Capello can lead England to big things in the coming years.
"He's a very interesting man, he speaks good English and he seems very simple - everything is very crystalised with him.
"He knows what he wants from his team, he knows in his mind what he expects and demands. I think he comes across as being very focussed on the end gain and I like him a lot as an individual.
"He's a very bright and witty man - he's won titles at Roma, Madrid, Milan, Juventus. If he can bring that mentality to England then great. The country needs to win again and he will bring that with him hopefully.
"Lets hope he can transmit what he's done at club level to international level."
