West Brom boss Tony Mowbray hopes to sign loan duo Juan Carlos Menseguez and Youssouf Mulumbu permanently.

Mowbray brought the pair in from San Lorenzo and PSG respectively in January with a view to them joining full-time this summer.

The former Hibernian boss said: "I would hope that both players could be signed up. I can only go to the board and give my opinion on what I think should happen."
