West Brom boss Tony Mowbray accepts he faces a big battle to hang onto on-loan Nancy striker Marc-Antoine Fortune.
He said: "It has been a shop window for him because a deal has not been tied down.
"But he can play every week here, score lots of goals and keep himself in the shop window."
