West Bromwich Albion boss Pepe Mel admits he's still learning about English football.
Mel saw WBA pick up a point against Fulham on Saturday.
He said: "For me it was very important to win and for this reason I played with two strikers, but I found we were too open and it was better for our team to change to a 4-3-3.
"This is the big difference in the Premier League. Only in England is it possible to go defence to attack, attack to defence so quickly. It is box to box, it is something I am learning about."
