West Bromwich Albion boss Pepe Mel admits contracts will dictate squad changes this summer.
The Baggies are just about safe after victory over West Ham United.
"It's not a case of wanting to change things it's simply a fact we need a new team. There are lots of players who are out of contract and players who will perhaps not continue so of course, if I'm involved in West Brom we will need to have an important role in these," said Mel.
"Right now there are only currently 13 players with a contract in place. The choice of the other nine or ten players - if in the end West Brom do go with me - I'll have a say in this."
