West Bromwich Albion boss Alan Irvine insists Claudio Yacob is in his first team plans.

Yacob was linked with a move away over the summer.

"Claudio has been fantastic because he came in and said to me that now he's settled," Irvine said.

"He knows that he is going to be here and as a result he can work in a more settled way.

"It is unsettling for players when there is all of this speculation about whether they're going or not going."
