West Bromwich Albion boss Alan Irvine knows the importance of the derby against Aston Villa.
Albion, one point above the drop zone, halted a run of four losses with a draw at Hull last week.
"You win a few and everybody thinks you're great. Lose a few and people want to make a change," said Irvine.
"Look at West Ham. The people who wanted Sam (Allardyce) out are cheering at this moment. It's just the nature of the job."
