West Brom boss Hodgson tells Rangers to forget Dorrans

West Bromwich Albion boss Roy Hodgson has ruled out selling Graham Dorrans to Rangers.

He is predicting Dorrans will become a leading performer for the Baggies after an injury-hit 2011.

Hodgson said: "I think Graham has an important part to play at the club. The speculation about Rangers, that's all it is really.

"We've had no contact with anybody from any other club, let alone Glasgow Rangers. We've got no interest in losing Graham Dorrans.

"You want to keep your best players you don't want to see them go. He's a good player."
