West Bromwich Albion boss Roy Hodgson is ready to name Terry Burton as his new No2.
The Daily Star says Hodgson wants former Cardiff No.2 Burton to join the Baggies as first-team coach to replace Michael Appleton, who has become Portsmouth boss.
Burton, 59, left the Bluebirds at the end of last season.
