Roy Hodgson insists he will get some rest and relaxation ahead of next season.
p> The summer transfer season officially opened today but the West Bromwich Albion boss plans to take some time out during the off-season so he can recharge the batteries ahead of the next campaign.
"The perspective you get back from the four to five weeks where you spend time with the family and relax a little bit is important so you make certain, when the new season starts, you don't go into it as tired as you were after 10 months of the season," Hodgson told the Express and Star.
Hodgson did a brilliant job with the Baggies after joining in February this year and is keen to build on the 11th-placed finish achieved by the West Midlands club.
