West Bromwich Albion boss Roy Hodgson is convinced of big things from midfielder George Thorne.
He views Thorne as the most promising youngster from their academy.
"Thorne at the moment is the player outside of our first team whom I'm most convinced will succeed," the Hawthorns chief told his club's website.
"He's unlucky not to be in the first team at the moment or be out on loan somewhere.
"He could be unhappy that I'm not picking him in front of some other players because that's how good George is, and how good he can be."
