West Bromwich Albion boss Roy Hodgson wants to sign permanently Birmingham City goalkeeper Ben Foster.

Hodgson is delighted with Foster's contribution this season.

"He's grown more and more into the team. At the beginning he had some misunderstandings, the odd hiccup ,but now his communication and feeling for the team have grown.

"We would dearly like him to stay with us."
