West Bromwich Albion boss Roy Hodgson wants Peter Odemwingie to play with more consistency.
Odemwingie's recent fine form has coincided with Albion's impressive run but Hodgson has stressed that there is still a large chunk of the season remaining which he must perform well in.
"For us the words that are important are consistency, reliability, trustworthy.
"They are not fancy words but they do separate the wheat from the chaff when it comes to professional football.""He's playing well for us and he's had some good games and we're delighted about that, but that's got to continue," he said. Players are judged, in my opinion, by consistency and performance and as a coach you are always looking for that.
