West Bromwich Albion boss Steve Clarke remains confident securing Saido Berahino to a new deal.
Manchester City are now being linked with the England U21 international.
"Saido's contract is under discussion," said Clarke.
"I've said before that I'm confident something would be sorted. And I'm still confident it will be sorted."
