West Bromwich Albion boss Steve Clarke is eager to see more British Asian players coming through.
West Brom have a trio of young Asian brothers, all signed after their father paid for the eldest, Adil, to attend a coaching course run by the club.
The Hawthorns is surrounded by a large Asian population and Clarke said: "There are six or seven now playing at the professional level. That is not enough. In the academy, out of 160 players only 12 or 13 are Asians, not a fantastic ratio."
His only consolation: "I would imagine this is higher than other clubs."
