West Bromwich Albion boss Steve Clarke admits he has ambitions to manage Scotland.

The fiercely-ambitious manager is already eyeing another position - at Hampden.

Clarke revealed: "If I am ultimately successful maybe I would be the next manager of my national team.

"I would love that at some stage. I think that is the ultimate honour, to be manager of your own country.

"That would be an ambition at some stage in the future."
