West Bromwich Albion boss Steve Clarke admits their thrashing at Norwich City could decide the futures of some of his players.
The manager has been experimenting with his line-up in recent weeks.
Clarke, who has several players with uncertain futures, said: "One of the reasons to make some changes and look at different people in different systems was to see what we need to do over the summer.
"I don't think the amount of players or the number of players we need to bring in or out is going to be any different. But it's something I've had to look at. Sometimes from defeat you learn more. I'll take another look at this game and try to learn more from the summer."
