West Brom boss Alan Pardew saw his team earn a point against Crystal Palace on Saturday.
Pardew picked up a point in his first game in charge of West Brom as they drew 0-0 against his former club Crystal Palace.
He said afterwards: "We started the game really well and I was pleased. We had a few set pieces and let them off the hook a little bit.
"Unfortunately we then lost our way - almost as if we lost confidence in what we were doing and had a tricky spell for 15 minutes.
"We got in at half time, corrected that, got ourselves back in a positive mode and the second half was about as good as we could have played. A bit of luck and we would have got the goal.
"Our defence was sound but we just couldn't find the moment.
"We had some really big hitters missing, four or five first team players, but if we're still performing like that then we've got a really good squad.
"We've now drawn seven games, which is the most in the Premier League, and we've got to start turning them into wins.
"Our fans today were terrific and I thank them for their support."
