Coleraine teenager Stephen Dooley is set for trials with West Brom and Blackburn Rovers.

"He's a very good young player but I'm not sure he has great aspirations to play in England just yet," Coleraine boss Davy O'Hare told the Belfast Telegraph. "He is focusing on the Milk Cup and then getting into the Coleraine team.

"Maybe he doesn't realise what an opportunity it is to go to a team like Blackburn Rovers or West Brom on trial. But football can be a fickle game and if he doesn't take an opportunity he may regret it. He's a very level headed boy and after the Irish Cup final I sat beside him on the bus because I didn't want to speak to anyone and I knew he wouldn't say much!

"He said he would be physically stronger for next season so if any success comes his way he deserves it."
