West Bromwich Albion are set to land Dundee United youngster Scott Allan.
The Scottish Sun says Rangers and Celtic both told Dundee United they wanted to speak to the highly-rated midfielder.
But they have stalled on making concrete offers to Scott.
Instead, the youngster, 20, is set to commit to the Baggies.
