West Bromwich Albion have made an improved bid for Birmingham City defender Liam Ridgewell.
The Baggies were unsuccessful in their initial proposal for the 27-year old who also had a transfer request rejected by the Blues.
It is believed that West Brom have returned with an improved offer which, according to Sky Sports, has also been turned down by the Championship outfit.
Ridgewell is also attracting interest from the likes of Everton, Newcastle United and QPR.
