West Bromwich Albion aim to land Rangers pair Steven Naismith and Allan McGregor for a combined £3.5 million.
The Scottish Sun says West Brom are keen to take advantage of the reduced £2m price tag on frontman Naismith and £1.5m fee for keeper McGregor.
Prior to going into administration Gers valued the Scotland pair at £7m and £6m respectively.
