West Bromwich Albion winger Morgan Amalfitano is happy to be away from parent club Marseille.

Amalfitano is on a season-long loan at the Baggies.

Asked if he believed he could be playing as well as he is if he'd remained with OM, the midfielder replied: "No.

"I could've stayed and tried to produce what I'm doing now, but I was not accepted by some people in the club."
