Manchester City winger Leroy Sane become the 'Kylian Mbappe' for Germany.

That is according to Die Mannschaft striker Timo Werner.

Sane returned to the national team fold for the UEFA Nations League after missing out on Joachim Low's World Cup squad. And Werner believes the 22-year-old has similar capabilities to France star Kylian Mbappe.

"I've known him for a long time and played with him in the Under-19s and he always gave everything in games," Werner told Bild am Sonntag.

"Like Mbappe, he can be a huge weapon with his speed and agility."
