Chelsea winger Kevin de Bruyne says his loan with Werder Bremen will not see him signing permanently.
De Bruyne is impressing at Werder.
"I know that I must go back. Chelsea believes in me, there is unfortunately no chance for Werder to extend the loan," said De Bruyne.
